Stayed in this property for 7 nights and appreciated our choice. It was a high-class and incredibly beautiful hotel in an exceptional area, very close to Crete island and bus link and the port. We stayed in a stylish a double room with large bed and the balcony, as example. The food we tried was fine and they have plenty of meals to choose from.

The hotel has a quiet and prime location to all villages nearby.

New facilities, clean and fresh. Big clean restaurant with broad food selection including fresh salads, fruit, bread, and pastries with local ingredients. Gym and main pool up to date and clean. Spa offers various treatments. Double room with balcony and private pool recommended. Clean pool with stunning view. Nice landscape design. Supermarket and shops nearby. Bus routes to other locations available. Ferry trips to beautiful secluded island beach.

It was a fun activity for both the adults and children, and we enjoyed some friendly competition. The hotel provided all the necessary equipment, and the facilities were well-maintained. it added to our enjoyable family vacation.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

The hotel had all the modern facilities you could ask for, including a huge pool, great restaurants and bars, and even a playground. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby wineries and port.

It's just lovely when the hotel is located in a dead area with no atmosphere, just what I was looking for.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I liked spotless rooms and competent staff. I was offered a room with delightful views of the seaside. The location was peaceful and prime - just off botanical gardens in the local area, very nice restaurant and the greatest areas. Also, Tavronitis beach was 2 miles away.

Located close to the beach and easy access to the port of Kissamos, this hotel is ideal for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, while the breakfast spread is broad and fresh. A big plus is the stunning view from the balcony and the private pool. Facilities such as the spa, gym, and swim-up pool add to the luxurious experience.

There could be more entertainment options and activities in the hotel, including music and cultural programs, to satisfy guests at night.

I would like to stay longer, really enjoyed my such great stay. The rooms are huge and big here with the balcony, large bed and TV. The location is favourable, the stuff is very nice and polite. Also, Orthodox Academy of Crete is at a moderate distance from the hotel...

We stayed at this luxurious 5-star hotel and our needs were fulfilled to the highest standards. The private facilities were exclusive, and the service of the staff was outstanding. We were impressed by the wide range of exclusive amenities at our disposal, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the unbeatable location advantages were a big plus.

We did experience a minor issue during our stay. The paid breakfast was overpriced for the limited variety of food offered.

I recently stayed at Galini Palace and had a wonderful experience. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The receptionist, in particular, went out of their way to provide information about the hotel and recommended nearby villages to visit. The hotel had a great location, close to the beach, with a supermarket and bus station right outside. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds, and the all-inclusive food options were plentiful, including a delicious Italian corner with excellent pizza. I had a fantastic stay at Galini Palace.

Not obvious to find

The hotel was well-designed with modern and elegant facilities. the gym and main pool were great, and the double room with a private pool was highly recommended. the hotel had many complementary activities available such as ferry trips to beautiful locations and there were bike, car, and ATV rentals available near the area.

The hotel staff could have been better trained in customer service. We had to wait for a long time to get answers to our questions and requests, and the staff seemed to always need to find someone who knew the answer.

During my recent business trip to Kolymbari, our director chose Galini Palace as our accommodation. And I must say, it was a fantastic choice. This hotel is the perfect place to soak up some sun, with its stunning pool area and beautiful garden. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. The hotel also offered excellent meeting facilities, which made our business activities run smoothly. Galini Palace exceeded my expectations and provided a delightful experience.

I think the hotel has a few things to improve on, although it is already an amazing place to stay.
